Thirdway Company – Target Tracker
Brief
Thirdway Interiors sought an engaging way to visualise company goals and inspire friendly competition among teams. The installation needed to fit into their HQ and reflect their playful culture.
Our Approach
We fabricated a CNC-engraved 3D moon with internal lighting and a chalkboard sky. Magnetic 3D plywood rockets could be moved along the moon’s surface, allowing teams to track their progress. The design avoided showing monetary values and instead focused on celebrating achievements. We handled design, build and installation.
Impact
The target tracker became an interactive centrepiece at Thirdway’s HQ, encouraging collaboration and healthy competition while fitting seamlessly into the office’s aesthetic.
A project for Thirdway Interiors HQ. Using their creative concept to develop a company target tracker as a focal point for their office. This solution can track teams gross profits and win rates without overtly showing figures and monetary values in the centre of the office. Each of their seven internal teams can adjust their rocket height and control panel level to reflect their current progress. As a company, Thirdway use BOOM as a motivational term so the CNC engraved moon has a light up effect which can light up the room with BOOM through the push of a button.
