Alpro Pop‑Up Café – Mobile Oat Barista Café
Brief
Alpro challenged us to spread the love of oat milk by creating a portable café that could travel across the UK. The solution needed to make a bold visual statement, engage consumers and serve barista‑quality drinks at multiple events.
Our Approach
We designed and fabricated a custom container that transforms into a fully operational café with a fold‑out deck. To ensure the brand had presence even in crowded public spaces, we built a seven‑foot replica of an Alpro carton that acted as a beaconthesyruproom.com. Every element – from the bar area to the seating and signage – was crafted in‑house and installed on site. The entire structure could be craned into place and flat‑packed between locations.
Impact
The mobile café toured five cities, serving Alpro barista oat drinks wherever it landedthesyruproom.com. Its striking design attracted significant footfall and social media coverage, reinforcing Alpro’s position at the forefront of plant‑based innovation.
